Refund Policy
Our policy regarding donation refunds and cancellations.

General Policy
As a charitable trust, donations made to Rose Educational Trust are generally non-refundable. All contributions are considered final once processed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate donations made in error
- Technical errors resulting in incorrect donation amounts
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
- Donations made by minors without parental consent
Refund Process
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances:
- Contact us within 7 days of the donation
- Provide transaction details and reason for refund
- Submit supporting documentation if required
- Allow 15-30 business days for processing
Tax Implications
If a refund is processed, any tax receipts issued will be cancelled and you may need to adjust your tax filings accordingly.
